Международное архитектурное бюро KIPARH создает на рынке российской недвижимости объекты различной сложности более 10 лет.

Портфолио бюро включает в себя проекты жилых квартир, вилл, загородных домов, общественных зданий и отелей. Общая площадь проектов реализованных превышает 400 000 кв. м.

В числе флагманских проектов на территории Краснодарского края и не только: виллы - Jarminal, Монголия, Ai-Petri и социально значимый - школа в Геленджике GEL School 15 на 1550 учащихся. Данные объекты недвижимости стали вкладом в развитие локального архитектурного кода.

Особое место в работе бюро занимает создание гостиничных комплексов высокой звездности, в их числе SEA PINE Resort & SPA 5*, Dune, отель Tyrol в республике Адыгея и многие другие.
